Coverage includes one year of protection on all workmanship and materials, essential home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and major load-bearing structural components. All manufacturer warranties for appliances and equipment are assigned directly to you at closing.
A few things that set our warranty apart: you’ll have a dedicated Warranty Manager as your single point of contact, a simple online portal to submit and track requests, and a 30-day target turnaround on accepted repair items. We also proactively schedule a 10-month anniversary visit to walk through your home with you and address any open items. And if something urgent comes up, our 24/7 emergency line is always available. The warranty is even transferable to new owners during the coverage period.
